Large companies
If you are seeking to wear multiple hats and hold several roles at once, then a large company might not be the best option for you.

If you like structure and procedures that are already established with little need for changes, then large companies would offer that to you.

Small companies
If you have less than 5 years in the work field and would like to gain experience in several different areas, small companies would be a good platform to build your skills and achievements. If you have 20 or more years of experience and would like to work for a company that will more than likely profit, benefit, and grow from the wealth of experience you have.

Take a moment to research and create a list of companies you would make an ideal match with. Research these companies and think of creative ways to contact the executive team for a possible opportunity. Approach the search for your new position or job one step at a time.
