Who do I work with?
I have been honored to work with senior executives at Fortune 500 companies, such as Cisco and Apple. Some of the people I work with are c-level executives (CEO, COO, CFO), senior executives, board of directors (BOD), and a high-profile, congress nominated professional at the Pentagon.

Companies use applicant tracking systems (ATS) to conduct a preliminary screening and detect which resumes meet the requirements they are looking for. The ATS scans the text on your resume, matches it to the job description, and selects the resumes that result in the closest match.
Is your resume only supposed to focus on ATS?
Your resume needs to be written for three audiences: applicant tracking systems (ATS), human resources, and the key decision-maker.
The applicant tracking system is one step your resume needs to pass. Once it passes the ATS, a Human Resources team member reviews your resume, compares it to the job description, and selects a certain number of resumes to move forward. For this reason, your resume should include specific keywords to pass the system while making sense to a human.
